If you agreed to sell your vehicle to someone but they are not paying you, or they offered their car as collateral, you can use a towing company to keep the other party's side of the bargain if he or she is not doing it already. As long as you have proof that the auto is rightfully yours per the agreement, you can likely hire someone to recover it.
